SATAN'S
WILLY
|
| From the darkest depths of Kipling's depraved masochistic imagination spews forth the fiery, acidic, grinding, rapacious, unstable sound of Satan's Willy. Harking back to the early Pagans sex, death and experimental noise, but this time with a rabid drum machine! More by accident than by design, they used John Cage's method of writing material AFTER it was actually played. With the reluctant help of Tom & Jon, various attempts at pounding noise songs were recorded and Kips later worked these into less nebulous entities on the 4-track recorder. Satan's Willy create a disturbing world in which even your favourite TV characters become sadistic monsters. Probably the noisiest of the Breadhead Conspiracy bands, certainly the most relentless, Satan's Willy are as hard to swallow as the devil's spunk. Is it funny or is it sick? It's certainly tongue in cheek (arse cheek, that is!). Satan's Willy are the germ in the u-bend of sleepy semi-detached suburbia. They intend to swarm and ferment until your bathroom explodes. Get out your domestos you domestics! |
